Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Greenridge Rowan Legal Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for court deadlines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in court deadlines and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on client files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
