Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Cross Hospitality Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in reviews and feedback and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
