Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Stone Transit Planning and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in accessibility audits and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on survey data. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
