Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Greenridge Nest Staffing Partners is a San Antonio staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on retention. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
