Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Junction Manufacturing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for customer orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 921 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer orders and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
