Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Stonegate Quill Hospitality is a hospitality company in Miami with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
