Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Silverline Wilder Property Management Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for maintenance requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in maintenance requests and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
