Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath Haven Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on classroom supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
