Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Willow Learning Group and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in learning materials and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on student accounts. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fresno. • We reply to every applicant.
