Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Environmental Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in service complaints and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
