Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Clear Energy and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in billing disputes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on outage response. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
