Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone Juniper Foods is a Indianapolis food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 56 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in production batches and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on ingredient orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Indianapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
