Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Cedar Orchard Energy is an energy provider in Toledo focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Investigate trends in service connections and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on hardship programmes. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
