Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Meridian Health Partners provides primary and specialty care in Oakland. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
