Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bright Clear Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on seasonal crews. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
