Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Summit Kestrel Community Partners runs community programmes across Raleigh, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
