Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Silverline Loom Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Omaha region. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
