Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Drift Health and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in clinic supplies and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Las Vegas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
