Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Nest Housing Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in rent assistance and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on repair requests.
