Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Wren Freight is a Dallas logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in dock schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
