Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Rivermark Granite Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Honolulu region, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on vehicle inspections. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
