Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Orchard Inspection Services and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in test reports and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on scheduling. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Birmingham. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
