Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Manufacturing is a Seattle manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in production lines and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
