Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Harborlight Loom Auto Group is a Toledo company supplying vehicle parts and service, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 610 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in service appointments and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer estimates. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
