Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pike Medical and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in complaint handling and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinical evaluations. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oakland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
