Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Cobalt Construction Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for project schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in project schedules and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on materials orders. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Nashville. • We reply to every applicant.
