Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone Clear Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Miami. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 731 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in harvest schedules and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on cold storage. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
