Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Summit West Care Services Group provides in-home and community support in Charlotte. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in family communication and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
