Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Highbridge Iron Property Management is a Dallas property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in resident events and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
