Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Amberfield Iron Pharma Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for quality documentation, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in quality documentation and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on release testing. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
