Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Ironwood Cobalt Property Management is a Kansas City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in lease renewals and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
