Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Silverline Vista Community Partners is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are small enough to know everyone's name. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in grant reporting and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on donor records. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Louisville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
