Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Rivermark Drift Civic Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in permits and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with data on procurement. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
