Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Lumen Yarrow Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Kansas City area. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 87 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in guest bookings and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on reviews and feedback. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Kansas City. • We reply to every applicant.
