Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone Nest Staffing places workers with employers around St. Louis, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in temp assignments and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
