Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Silverline Hospitality Group runs guest-focused properties across the Sacramento area, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in food costs and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on guest bookings. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
