Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Redstone Nest Staffing places workers with employers around Wichita, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in retention and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on onboarding. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
