Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Cedar Yarrow Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around New Orleans, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in contractor visits and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Clear writing. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on customer sites. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
