Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Rivermark Basin Health is a healthcare provider in St. Louis with clinics and support teams. We are hiring a Data Analyst to take on quality and error analysis. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Investigate trends in referrals and explain what is driving them. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
