Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Foxglove Meridian Inspection Services is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Investigate trends in test reports and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on field inspections. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cincinnati. • We reply to every applicant.
