Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Cedar Hollow Farms is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in field records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Experience with data on seasonal crews. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
