Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Foxglove Wren Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around Miami, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in loads and lanes and explain what is driving them. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on claims. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
