Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bluepeak Rowan Health Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for electronic records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in electronic records and explain what is driving them. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on clinic supplies. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
