Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Lumen Vale Early Learning is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for meal programmes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Investigate trends in meal programmes and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
