Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath Maple Markets is a Rochester retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Investigate trends in store inventory and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Experience with data on promotions. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
