Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Basin Hospitality and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Investigate trends in housekeeping schedules and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on food costs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
