Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath Basin Legal Group is a El Paso practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. Confidentiality and accuracy are taken very seriously. What you will do • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Investigate trends in intake forms and explain what is driving them. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. What we are looking for • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Experience with data on document review. • Python or R for analysis. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
