Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

We are growing our team at Northwind Glen Health Partners and adding a Data Analyst whose main responsibility will be quality and error analysis. You would join a large organisation of about 218 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in patient scheduling and explain what is driving them. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Clear writing. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
