Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Bright Bridge Transit Planning Group is looking for a Data Analyst. The job centres on quality and error analysis for service alerts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. • Document definitions so numbers mean the same thing everywhere. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. What we are looking for • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on survey data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
