Data Analyst - quality and error analysis (remote)

Clearpath Timber Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Columbus, and we need a Data Analyst to lead our quality and error analysis. You would join a small organisation of about 67 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Investigate trends in customer estimates and explain what is driving them. • Answer ad-hoc questions with a short written summary, not a data dump. • Pull and clean data from several systems into one trustworthy dataset. • Build dashboards that managers actually open every week. • Recommend changes and measure whether they worked. What we are looking for • Strong SQL and spreadsheet skills. • Experience with a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau. • Clear writing. • The habit of checking a surprising number before presenting it. Nice to have • Python or R for analysis. • Experience with data on warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
